 GACHIAKUTA Anime Announces New Trailer, Theme Songs, and Premiere Date


Created by Kei Urana and Hideyoshi Akidou, the TV anime GACHIAKUTA will debut on Crunchyroll on July 6. A new promotional video, key visual, extra cast members, theme song artists, and information on a worldwide premiere event have all been unveiled in addition to the release date.

Paledusk will play the opening theme, "HUGs", and DUSTCELL will supply the closing song, "Light".
 
TRAILER:

There will be international premiere events with advance anime screenings in a number of nations. Important premiere sites consist of:

  • Japan: July 4 at 6:30 p.m. at Shinjuku Piccadilly Cinema in Tokyo. JST
  • United States: July 4 at 10:00 a.m. at the Anime Expo in Los Angeles. PT


In addition to the presentation of the two episodes, producers Naoki Amano and creators Kei Urana and Hideyoshi Andou will participate in a special panel.

In the recently released "Behind Gachiakuta" behind-the-scenes interview film, creators Kei Urana and Hideyoshi Andou discuss their creative process for the comic and its graffiti-inspired artwork. In addition to the film, a unique interactive website was introduced that lets fans make graffiti artwork in the series' distinctive visual aesthetic.
